About... 12 hours ago I ran my final cross country race of my first season of cross country. I dropped my 3 mile time by over 3 minutes from the first race and have never felt in better shape.
I encourage you all to not just try XC, but to do other sports, work out, or just do something else than sit at a computer, sit at school, and lounge on the sofa.
You have no idea how great it feels to be fit, and to work with so many astounding teammates and coaches.
