If ever a game needed a walkthrough it’s Bloons Insanity.
For the return of your sanity please follow the steps below.
Level 1. For this level, shoot a high-powered dart so it falls down on the left hand side popping the helium and hitting the tack below it. This will cause a chain reaction to the right hand side where the other helium will be released. Shoot your remaining dart at that helium before it floats away!
Level 2. This level is pretty straightforward, but do yourself the favor and begin with the harder shots first in each diagonal corner. Shoot a medium powered shot for shots one and two, and a high-powered shot for three and four. Then finish off the remaining bombs around you.
Level 3. Begin by shooting a medium powered shot at the rightmost ice bloon freezing the regular one beside it. This will cause the dart to bounce off onto the middle bloon, to the leftmost bloon, the one above the bomb, back to the middle one, and down to the bomb. This level takes practice and patience. Keep at it and you will eventually get it!
Level 4. Like the last level, this requires patience and practice. Shoot a medium-high powered dart at the angled bounce above the monkey. If all goes well, the dart should hit the angle to the left of it, back on top of the one you first hit. down the path to the bottom right angle, all the way over to the bottom left angle, at the bouncie to the right of it, to the bouncie above it, then pop the helium. It sounds like a lot going on but keep testing different areas around the first angled bouncie to find the spot. The last shot will be a short powered shot at the un-popped helium floating up.
Level 5. Shoot a low, middle-powered dart through the bombs where the tack lies. Be careful not to hit the bombs; this will cause the level to be unbeatable. If the dart scoots its way through without blowing up the bombs, it will hit the bottom right bouncie, up to the angled, down on the left bouncie, and over to the lone bloon and extra dart. Shoot one final dart to the bomb enclosed in the metal.
Level 6. This level is all about timing. Make sure not to get behind on your shots or else the level will be unbeatable! Shoot one dart at the tacks above the monkey’s head. Then, quickly shoot another at the tack as illustrated in number 2. Shoot another across the level to the angle bouncie, in turn hitting the two bombs above that. Finish by shooting a line drive at the saber in number 4.
Level 7. Get ready for a little frustration. This level is fairly simple, but it requires good aim and speed. Shoot a line drive at the lowest helium. This will cause the helium to float up in line for shot 2. Shoot another dart at helium 2, pooping the last one and opening that one. Repeat these steps for 3, 4, and 5.
Level 8. Lucky for you, here is another timing level. Basically, the point of this level is to pop both the regular bloons above you without making the ice in the middle accidentally freeze one or the other. Start with a tap shot at the tack to the right of you. Wait a few seconds and fire another tap shot at the rubber above you so that it hits the mine and the brick below it. This allows the mine fall all the way through. If you timed this correctly the two bloons at the top will pop at the same time.
Level 9. Order of operations is fun! There isn’t much to say here other than follow the numbers in this picture and you will do fine. Be careful when shooting at number 3 because that shot can be a little tricky. Beat this and let’s move onto level 10.
Level 10. Start by shooting a short shot at the saber below you. Then, follow up with a low powered shot at the bouncie located where the saber you just ht was to pop the saber at number 2. Then shoot a high-powered shot above you and to the left the take out the clump of tacks on the far left. Shoot a dart directly below you at the saber at 4. Finish the level by throwing a tap shot at the right most bouncie to clear up the square of bombs.

Everybody here just needs to calm down and quit complaining. I mean this walkthrough was really the best that could be done. What you need after this isn’t HELP, it’s practice and patience. I mean, it wasn’t just going to happen like, “BAM! I WON THE GAME AFTER READING THIS WALKTHROUGH! TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH THIS GAME WAS REALLY EASY!” -_- I mean come on guys, there’s a reason why it’s called Bloons “Insanity” and it says that it’s not for the faint of heart or the unprepared. Sure, I can’t win the game either, and I’m giving up. But I’m not going to get mad because the walkthrough did hand the game to me on a silver platter. I didn’t want to spend time gaining the SKILL it takes the beat this game. And if that’s what you guys realize then fine, just quit biting at the person who made the walkthrough. I’m SURE they worked really hard on it. So please, just chill.

this does not help at all as some people are saying..they are right all you see is numbers on what your supposed to do plus a discription below it.This could be helpful for most people but it would help more with a video or an easier way that other people need (Like me)

I dont think it is hard. I easily fished it just as fast as all the other bloons games without any help from the walkthrough. I actually think it is easier than Even More Bloons.
